1. Eligibility for Refunds
A customer may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- The booking is cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
- We are unable to provide the booked transportation service.
- A duplicate payment has been made for the same booking.
- A payment error has occurred and has been verified by us.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation made outside the conditions stated in our Cancellation Policy.
- The customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location (No-Show).
- Incorrect booking information provided by the customer results in the service being unavailable.
- The customer voluntarily decides not to use the booked service after the driver has arrived at the agreed pickup location.
3. Flight Delays
Flight delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
For airport pickups, we monitor incoming flights and will adjust the pickup time whenever reasonably possible, provided the correct flight information was supplied during booking.
4. Flight Cancellations
If your flight is cancelled by the airline before your scheduled transfer, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refund requests resulting from airline cancellations will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and the circumstances of the booking.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking whenever possible.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, processing normally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Date of travel
- Reason for the refund request
