2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show

A booking will be considered a No-Show if:

• The customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the applicable waiting time.
• We are unable to contact the customer using the contact information provided during booking.
• The customer leaves the airport or pickup location without notifying us.

No-Shows are generally not eligible for a refund.

4. Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals using the flight number provided during booking.

If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time whenever reasonably possible at no additional charge.

Customers should ensure that the flight information provided during booking is accurate.

5. Flight Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests resulting from airline cancellations will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Changes Instead of Cancellation

If you need to change your pickup date, time, destination, or flight details, please contact us as early as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, subject to vehicle availability.

7. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us through the same communication method used for your reservation, such as our website contact form, WhatsApp, or email.

Please include your name, booking details, and scheduled pickup date to help us process your request promptly.
