Private Taxi Hurghada provides pre-booked private airport transfers and transportation services within Hurghada and to destinations across the Red Sea region and other selected locations in Egypt.

To complete a reservation, customers must provide accurate information, including:

• Flight number (for airport pickups)
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Travel date and time
• Number of passengers
• Contact details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is correct.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in the specified currency and apply to the selected transfer service.

Prices include the agreed transportation service and any inclusions stated during the booking process.

Any additional services requested after booking may incur extra charges.

4. Payment

5. Airport Pickup

For airport arrivals, our driver monitors your flight using the flight number provided during booking.

If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time whenever reasonably possible at no additional charge.

Customers should ensure that the provided flight number is accurate.

6. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, reasonable complimentary waiting time is provided after your flight lands.

For hotel or other pickup locations, drivers will wait for a reasonable period at the agreed pickup time.

Extended waiting time may result in additional charges where applicable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
• Inform us promptly of any changes to travel plans.
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.

Customers may be responsible for costs resulting from damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

8. Changes to Bookings

Booking changes are subject to availability.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes, but they cannot be guaranteed.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and punctual transportation services, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic accidents
• Government restrictions
• Airport operational delays
• Force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
