Eligibility for Refunds<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A customer may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The booking is cancelled in accordance with our <a href=\"https:\/\/privatetaxihurghada.com\/de\/cancellation-policy\/\">Cancellation Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are unable to provide the booked transportation service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A duplicate payment has been made for the same booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A payment error has occurred and has been verified by us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-84867a580ea0e9cff1233de43f891dec\" style=\"color:#248a3ce0\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Non-Refundable_Situations\"><\/span>2. Non-Refundable Situations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation made outside the conditions stated in our Cancellation Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location (No-Show).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect booking information provided by the customer results in the service being unavailable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer voluntarily decides not to use the booked service after the driver has arrived at the agreed pickup location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36058108869bd338e479c593854a52a8\" style=\"color:#248a3ce0\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Flight_Delays\"><\/span>3. Flight Delays<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flight delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For airport pickups, we monitor incoming flights and will adjust the pickup time whenever reasonably possible, provided the correct flight information was supplied during booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-feae3129b8b9a47e01347d89e3acc1c4\" style=\"color:#248a3ce0\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Flight_Cancellations\"><\/span>4. Flight Cancellations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your flight is cancelled by the airline before your scheduled transfer, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests resulting from airline cancellations will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and the circumstances of the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-98a6f90a1f0163a0999645e59932c4ac\" style=\"color:#248a3ce0\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Refund_Method\"><\/span>5.
